The settlement is naturally integrated to its surroundings, which becomes a living corridor formed by endemic species of the region. this project contemplates a harmonious balance that respects the regional flora and integrates it into its design without altering it or mixing it with species foreign to the area.

LOCATION
We have a strategic location, as it not only connects with 2 of the epicenters of Mexican tourism, but also places it only 1.2km from the Caribbean Sea, where it is easy to access through avenues and clean streets.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability and land use are two of the most impactful features.
Studies of the surroundings, the program and its orientations have allowed the creation of a functional concept based on the overlapping of elements.
Drainage
Sanitary drains are collected and sent to the municipal sewage system, avoiding septic tanks that contaminate the water table.
Irrigation
Rainwater is collected through parapet drains and stored for irrigation of green areas, reducing the use of potable water.
Electricity
Electricity is charged at low voltage for residential use, with no maximum demand charges (for example, the Country Club apartments are charged at medium voltage, and even apartments that are empty or used only once a month are charged at very high rates).
Green areas
The green areas form a living corridor of plants from the region that guarantee the protection of birds and pollinators so that they are affected as little as possible by construction
Orientation
The orientation of the buildings is important because it was made based on the sea currents, allowing the wind to flow between the buildings from the sea to the land, as a support for ventilation and reduction of electrical energy consumption by air conditioners.
View
The structure of the buildings is considered so that all the units have a view to the amenities, avoiding visual line between the apartments, they are oriented so that the terraces in front cannot be seen.
Meditation Sanctuary
It has a bird sanctuary designed for the different types of birds in the area to find refuge and be protected from the growth of the urban sprawl, especially important for the area and bird lovers for photography and bird watching, besides being a resting place for migratory birds.
The holistic center is designed for yoga and meditation, but is also located for bird watching and photography in the sanctuary without disturbing the birds.
Planters
Planters on the terraces are considered to have overhanging vegetation and serve as thermal protection, not only beautiful to look at.
AMENITIES
This project offers its inhabitants common areas for recreation and leisure: a reception, living area and coworking room.
It also offers a pool area with a grill terrace, two whirlpool areas, lounge chairs inside and outside the pool and restrooms.
In addition, the development includes 4 elevators for access to the apartments. It also has common terraces, hammock areas, gardens with local vegetation, a bird sanctuary and a holistic center, unique for its characteristics and design, which adapts perfectly to the apartment complex.
